Cancelling a transaction under the law
If you made a transaction remotely (by phone, WhatsApp or through the website), you may have the right to cancel it under the consumer protection law that applies to you. The conditions, time limits and cancellation fees are those set by law.
Refunds
If a payment was made and the transaction is cancelled, the refund is made according to the law and to what was agreed with you in advance, to the same payment method where possible.
